Cream: Beat the yolks with a spoon or fork, put in a saucepan, put on low heat or steam bath, stirring constantly until it becomes a thicker cream. Remove from the heat, add the sugar, stirring constantly, then the grated chocolate and the butter mixed well. Leave to cool and then mix until it becomes a fine cream

Glaze: We take a pan in which we put the 4 tablespoons of sugar, we put it on low heat, we mix until it becomes slightly brown, without burning.

We take a sheet of cake, grease the sheet very well with a damp knife and greased with butter. With the tip of a knife we ​​outline layers, then press well and cut long pieces.
