RECIPE PREPARATION Salted stuffed braid:

Dissolve the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar and a little warm water. Pour the yeast over the flour, add the butter at room temperature, the rest of the sugar, the salt and the rest of the water. After 5 minutes of kneading, put the dough in a covered bowl and put it for an hour in a warm place. Spread the dough. With the edge of a knife we ​​divide the sheet into three but without cutting it. We cut the outer parts in equal strips and not too thick. Grease the central part with tomato sauce, and then alternately place slices of sausage and melted cheese. The strips are woven. Grease with egg yolk mixed with a drop of milk and bake for 30 minutes.

150 gr flour
90 gr cream
Half a chicken breast
100 gr spinach
1 onion
Salt pepper
